Senior Checkout Process

Seniors must complete the required check-out process to receive final clearance for graduation. Check the Senior Events calendar for times and locations of check-out events.

Get ready for graduation!

Step 1:
Complete state requirements

Complete your FAFSA or verify FAFSA completion.

  • For students ineligible to file the FAFSA, complete the Alternative Application.
  • For students who choose not to pursue financial aid, complete the opt-out waiver.

Step 2:
Return books and school items

  • Return library books to the library.
  • Return textbooks to the Textbook Center.
  • Return loaners (Chromebooks, chargers, and calculators) to the Textbook Center.
  • Return Wi-Fi hotspots to the Technology Help Desk.
  • Athletes must return uniforms and equipment based on the end of their sports season.

Step 3:
Pay fees and complete year-end activities

  • Pay school fines or fees.
  • Complete your Senior Year-End Activity in SchooLinks. Regardless of whether you used SchooLinks to track your college applications, you will still be able to indicate your final enrollment decision which will inform your counselor where to send your final transcript.
  • Complete the Senior Check-out Form.
  • Graduation tickets will be distributed once the process is complete.
