Textbook Center
The Niles West Textbook Center distributes textbooks, novels, and sells physical education uniforms, school supplies, and an array of gear and school spirit items.
Textbook Distribution
Textbooks are distributed to students in August before the first day of school. See the school calendar for dates and times. Students should expect textbook distribution to take approximately 30 minutes.
Textbooks, ID cards and locker assignments are given to each student after they have met the school requirements and submitted all required documentation.
Fees
The D219 Business Office sends information regarding student fees. Students with outstanding fines are required to have obligations paid prior to the beginning of the new school year. Students with an outstanding obligation at the time of textbook distribution will not be issued their ID card or textbooks until the obligation has been cleared. In addition, School Board Policy prohibits students from participating in athletics, extracurricular activities, or graduation unless all school fees/fines are paid.

Summer Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Regular School Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. - 3:40 p.m.

Gym Uniforms
Replacement P.E. uniforms are sold on the first full day of school, starting August 14, 2024 through May 16, 2025.
All freshmen will receive their gym uniform in their Physical Welfare class from their P.E. teacher.
