Textbook Center

The Niles West Textbook Center distributes textbooks, novels, and sells physical education uniforms, school supplies, and an array of gear and school spirit items.

Textbook Distribution

Arrive at the south entrance (Door 13) to pick up textbooks. In-person textbook distribution will take approximately 30 minutes. Textbooks, ID cards and locker assignments are given to each student after they have met the school requirements and submitted all required documentation.

Fees

The D219 Business Office sends information regarding student fees. Students with outstanding fines are required to have obligations paid prior to the beginning of the new school year. Students with an outstanding obligation at the time of textbook distribution will not be issued their ID card or textbooks until the obligation has been cleared.  In addition, School Board Policy prohibits students from participating in athletics, extracurricular activities, or graduation unless all school fees/fines are paid.

Textbook Center Hours

Summer Hours (May 27–August 1)
  • Monday–Thursday: 8 a.m.–12 p.m. and 1–3 p.m.
  • Friday: 8–10 a.m.
Regular School Year Hours
  • Monday–Friday: 7:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Gym Uniforms

Replacement gym uniforms will be available for purchase starting August 12, 2025, the first day of school, through May 21, 2026.

All freshmen will receive a gym uniform during their Physical Welfare class from their P.E. teacher.
